2. What This Website Does

We publish information pages about mobile and online games and provide links to official platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. We do not offer user accounts, we do not ask you to register, and we do not sell any products on this website.

3. Information We Collect

a) Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, the following may be collected by us or by our service providers: your IP address; approximate location (country) derived from your IP address; whether your connection appears to come from a proxy, VPN or hosting/data centre network; browser type and version; device type and operating system; screen size; language; the page that referred you; pages you view; and the date and time of your visit.

c) Campaign and ad click information. If you arrive from an advertisement or a link containing campaign parameters (for example UTM tags or a Google click identifier), these values are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that we can measure which campaigns bring visitors to our website.

d) Information you choose to submit. If you rate or review a game, we receive the rating and any text you submit, together with technical data such as your IP address and the time of submission. Please do not include personal information in reviews. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, payment information, government identifiers or precise GPS location.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to: operate and display the website; show advertising labels in your local language; serve and measure advertising; measure traffic and improve our content; measure the performance of our own advertising campaigns; detect and prevent fraud, invalid ad traffic, bots and abuse; respond to your messages and requests; and comply with legal obligations.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager)

We display advertisements served by Google through Google AdSense and/or Google Ad Manager, and possibly by other advertising partners that Google works with.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this website and/or other websites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised based on your browsing. To learn how Google uses information from websites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Google Ads Measurement and Remarketing

We advertise our own website using Google Ads. We use the Google tag to measure whether visits from our ads lead to activity on our website (conversion tracking), and we may use remarketing to show our ads to people who have previously visited our website. You can control this through Google Ads Settings at the link above.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through the Google tag, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser details. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Service Providers We Use

In addition to Google, the following service providers process data on our behalf:

agneya.io: a technology provider that loads parts of our website content, our analytics and our advertising tags. When its script loads, your browser connects to its servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information.

ip-api.com: an IP geolocation service. When you open a page, your IP address is sent to this service to determine your country and whether your connection is from a proxy or hosting network. We use the result to show the advertising label in your language and to help detect invalid traffic. The result is stored only in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Hosting provider: our web hosting provider processes server logs (including IP addresses) to deliver and secure the website.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the sharing described in sections 5 and 6 may be treated as "selling" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; see section 10.

9. Consent for Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookies are not set until you give consent through our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so until you consent Google tags operate without advertising or analytics cookies. You can accept or reject cookies, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies and site data for playonlinehub.com in your browser, after which the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Our legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR are: your consent, for advertising and analytics cookies; and our legitimate interests, for operating and securing the website, preventing fraud and invalid traffic, and responding to your requests. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Your Rights in the United States

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. To opt out of personalised advertising, use Google Ads Settings at the link in section 5. To make any other request, email us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Your Rights in India

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request information about the personal data we process, request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Grievances can be sent to our Grievance Officer, PLAYONLINEHUB.COM, at [email protected] . If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly serve personalised advertising to children. If you are under 18, please use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Data Retention

Session storage data is deleted when you close your browser tab. Cookie lifetimes set by Google and other partners are determined by those providers; see https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Emails you send us and game reviews are kept for as long as needed to respond to you or to display the review, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

14. International Data Transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and India. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses used by those providers.

15. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Links to Other Websites

Our pages contain links to third party websites, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. When you leave our website, the privacy policy of the other website applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
